BENEFITS OF A MEMBERSHIP

Once you are accepted into the program, you belong to a community. At the ARHCP, members help other members every day. Our Help Center is a members’s number one resource for finding the information they need. Even those who have already completed their certification regularly access the Help Center when searching out regulations or little known guidelines affecting reimbursement. The Help Center also has forums organized by topic and specialty, monitored by ARHCP member services representative.

The ARHCP has established a Coding Hotline for testing students and alumni alike. This exclusive service is available only to active members of the ARHCP. It can be accessed by telephone or online.

There is a FAQ section online for quick answers and a question submission area for problems that need one-on-one attention. Hotline staff can handle just about any question you throw at them, but in some instances research will be required. In such cases, they will call you back by the end of the business day with either an answer or a progress report.
