The Registered Risk Adjustment Coder (RRC) course is an online risk adjustment certification that has the gold standard in risk adjustment documentation and coding content. As a certified member of the Association of Registered Healthcare Professionals (ARHCP), you are held to a higher standard and are required to fulfill the following requirements each year before your renewal date:
- Pay the renewal fee.
- Submit the 12 required CEUs.
Before your renewal date, you will also need to submit the required CEUs for the online risk adjustment certification (12 required for one credential and six for each additional credential you hold). These documents can be faxed to 678-669-2483 ATTN: Renewal Department or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

One-Year or Two-Year Renewal
You have the option of purchasing either the one-year or two-year renewal for your online billing certification. The two-year option gives you a $40 discount, though keep in mind that you will still need to submit the required CEUs each year.
RRC Update Exam
There is no update exam required for this credential.
If you feel that you need more time to complete your annual renewal, you have the option of purchasing an extension. This will allow you 30, 60, or 90 days past your renewal date to pay the renewal fee and submit the required CEUs (this is a temporary extension).
If you have any questions about your renewal date, CEUs on file, or extension options, contact an ARHCP representative.
Please allow 24-48 business hours for your question to be processed.
