REMS Annual Certification Renewal Fee
This is the required annual REMS certification renewal fee.
Before your evaluation and management certification renewal date, you will also need to submit the 12 required CEU documents. These documents can be faxed to 678-669-2483 ATTN: Renewal Department or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to meet these requirements each year before your renewal date.

One-Year or Two-Year Renewal
You have the ability to purchase either the one-year or two-year renewal fee using the drop-down options. The two-year option gives you a $40 discount and will take care of your renewal fee for the current and following year. Keep in mind, however, that you will still need to submit the required CEUs..
If you feel that you need more time to complete your annual renewal, you have the ability to purchase an extension using the drop-down options. This will allow you 30, 60, or 90 days past your renewal date to submit the required CEUs (this is a temporary extension).
